Thursday, March 5th, 2009Tonight, in what may be considered the best group among the hopefuls, batch 3 of the American Idol Top 36 battle it out for a spot in the Top 12. Each of the contestants chose songs from The Billboard Top 100. Starting off tonight’s round of performances was Missouri native Von Smith.
