Pep Wins Libel Case Filed by Gutierrez Camp

The Department of Justice dismissed the Php 25 Million libel case filed by the Richard Gutierrez against Pep.ph. The reason for dismissal is because of “lack of probable cause”.

Richard filed a libel case against Pep.ph because of the publishing the news online about Richard allegedly had a heated argument with Michael Flores at the parking lot of Oceana Restaurant last March 29,2009. Richard denies the accusations but according to the camp of Pep.ph, they have proofs that it really happened.
