According to Dyan Castillejo, Supsup showed confidence as she smiled at the crowd during the swimsuit event.

The 7 judges of the preliminary pageant will decide who advances to the Top 15 semi-finalists, but their decision will be known on coronation night on Tuesday.

The Philippines representative to the “Miss Universe 2011” Shamcey Supsup is an early favorite in Sau Paolo, Brazil after after getting the top spot in various independent polls online including the Miss Universe 2011 official polls.

According to the Miss Universe Organization, they will give one semi-finalist slot to any candidate who will get the highest number of votes worldwide in its official online poll.
