Michael Jackson’s Memorial Service Details
The memorial service of Michael Jackson that is to be set on Tuesday at the Staples Center are all set up. It will be a star-studded affair that will be attended by singers and celebrities such as Mariah Carey, Usher, Stevie Wonder, Kobe Bryant, Magic Johnson, Jennifer Hudson, John Mayer and many more.
One of Michael’s best friends, Elizabeth Taylor, chose not to attend the memorial service. According to her tweet, “I just don’t believe that Michael would want me to share my grief with millions of others. How I feel is between us. Not a public event.”
Michael’s ex-wife, Debbie Rowe, will not be attending the memorial service as well as advised by her lawyer.
The gathering will start at 8 am PT (11 am ET).
