John LLoyd’s Tax Case Dismissed

John Lloyd Cruz’s tax case filed in the Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office was dismissed because of the lack of probable cause. The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) accused John Lloyd of violating sections 5 and 11 of the Tax Reform Act. According to the BIR, John LLoyd allegedly ignored the submission of his accounting records in 2004 even though they have already subpoenaed him.
